Dear Gary, 

I just wanted to drop a note to tell you how much I appreciate the help that you have given me over the past two-plus years.  As you know, when I originally purchased my JB 99 online from another company, it came with 14,000 songs.  However, after I received it, I found there were many duplicates and even some triplicates which ultimately resulted in less than 7,000 songs.  That’s when I first contacted you about your karaoke packages.  At that point I realized I could have saved a lot of hassle and money had I dealt with you in the first place.  Number one, your 10,000 song library had no duplications and had the best recordings of each song.  You had a much better mix of the most popular karaoke songs as well as a lot of current recordings.   Number two, all of us that deal with electronics realize that sometimes they have failures and often we don’t know how good the companies that we deal with are until we have a failure and find out how well they back up the products we buy/they sell.  In my case, I recently bought a wireless microphones system from your company which had a manufacturer defect and I was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly you replaced it, no questions asked.  You also went out of your way to help me troubleshoot my complete system.  It’s a pleasure to do business today with someone who will still be in business tomorrow.

Hello Gary!

I wish to share with you that since my purchase of Cavs' JB-99, I am so pleased with my unit. Dollar for dollar it's the best deal out there. Better yet, I've come to find out that Mr.Young Sung is head of Cavs' tech. support. He was so helpful working with me in repairing my JB-99 with a problem that would accrue now and then. And got it back to me in time for the Karaoke contest we were having at the time. I am 100% sold on Cavs products and their tech support.

Hey Gary,

  Your services, equipment and song downloads have been absolutely awesome. My customers are very excited. I am up to 2 nights a week and 2 other bars want to get rid of their karaoke company and hire me (D & D Karaoke).  They hear a lot of good things about my system, equipment and services are heads and shoulders above everyone else's.

Very nice site, Gary!

If you charged by the minute for the time you’ve spent offering me “free advise” you’d be retired in Beverly Hills by now.  

I became acquainted with Music Magic when referred by the CAVS web site.  I could tell that Gary was intimately familiar with the CAVS equipment and have valuable recommendations regarding a set up that would be appropriate for me.  I’ve been a part-time Entertainer for more than 40 years and a Karaoke enthusiast for about 7 years.  My rack mounted JB-99 has exceeded all of my expectations and is received with great enthusiasm in club venue settings.  This system is an incredible value and with sufficient punch to “rock the place”.  I use the same system at home when entertaining, much to the delight of friends and family.  It’s a rare occasion when someone asks me if I have a song that’s not on the JB-99 hard drive.  The hard drive based JB-99 is not just the latest professional caliber Karaoke system  it’s the ONLY system for serious Karaoke buffs, both professional and non-professional.  Its interface with the included Juke Box manager software is user friendly and allows adding to and editing of the song list with the greatest of ease.  Its Song Book software makes creation of Pro quality songbooks an easy task.  On more than one occasion, I’ve had professional K.J.’s  (still are using obsolete CD+G based systems) ask with wide eyes and gaping mouths where they can get a JB-99. I tell them that there is only one place to get the best advise and best equipment at the best pricing.  That would be Music Magic, of course. What more can I say!
